• The “Bistecca alla Fiorentina” is a T-bone steak cut thick from juvenile beef of the Chianina breed, preferably. It has to be broiled and is best served with hot Tuscan beans dressed with lots of good olive oil, salt and pepper. Try it!!

“AC Fiorentina”: seeing the home team play a game at the Artemio Franchi city stadium (designed by Pier Luigi Nervi in 1931) with a comfortable seat, maybe near the team’s owner, Diego Della Valle (creator and owner of such brands as Tod’s, Hogan and Fay), is certainly an event you will not want to miss.
