In the heart of Florence, not far from the train station and the Duomo (Cathedral) and very close to the main attractions such as Piazza Santa Croce, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio, the Plaza Hotel Lucchesi is the ideal location for meetings or company conventions: we will take charge of organizing the event with all the attention and professional skill necessary for its success.

The hotel has two meeting rooms:
the Sala degli Specchi which can accommodate a maximum of 150 people with auditorium seating and the Sala Rosa which can accommodate a maximum of 100 people, also with auditorium seating.

Our meeting rooms are located on the ground floor, where they receive full daylight, and they can be arranged in a variety of ways depending on your needs. 

We also dispose of a full range of audiovisual instruments including, in the Sala degli Specchi, a wide screen and 50 inch plasma TV with high definition, ideal for all applications of visual communication.
On request we can provide simultaneous translation services, videoconferencing, etc.
