Nonetheless, a visit to a city like Florence, with all its complex, dramatic history and its enormous wealth of artistic treasures, requires much more than the company of a good pocket guide. | Why not opt for a personal trainer to take you on a morning jog around Florence’s monuments and along the avenues leading to Piazzale Michelangelo? The best time is between 6:30 and 7:30 am, for a minimum of 20 minutes. At the end of the workout, we recommend a massage in your room (traditional, shiatsu, ayurveda).
